Non-Custom Product Returns
Standard non-custom cushions and backs may be returned within 90 days of delivery to the customer if they are in their original, sealed product plastic bag and box.
All standard non-custom returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Modified non-custom returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee within 90 days of delivery to the customer if they are in their original, sealed product plastic bag and box.
Custom Product Returns
Custom cushions and backs may be returned within 180 days from the original date of shipment. Please keep the original box and all packing materials for your return.
All custom returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

All product returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Ride Designs Customer Care. Ride Designs will not accept returned product without a RA number. RA numbers are valid 30 days from the date issued.
